STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
Next day delivery anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Ireland provided orders are received by us before 16:30pm.
 
Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.
 
DELIVERY CHARGES
For orders of £40 Ex VAT vat and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
For orders under £40 Ex VATin value: Delivery will cost £5.95
For orders to the Islands and Scottish Highlands, please add £15.00 to our scale of charges.

For furniture orders Delivery will cost £20.00
 
RETURNS
Returns - Returns are free of charge and Bridgewater Office Supplies aim to make the process as simple as possible. However please see below for restocking charges

 

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you can make a return to us within 10 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging.

 

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items.

 

We may accept returns after ten days but at our discretion and credit may not be 100% value due to the cost of restocking.

 

To make a return please seal the item in the original packaging and email returns@officesupplier.co.uk with the reason for return, product code, quantity and invoice number.

 

Business machines cannot be resold if the box has been opened, therefore you cannot return a business machine once it has been opened unless it is faulty or damaged.

 

Damaged Items - Damaged items must be reported to us within three days of receipt of the delivery.

 

Shortages – Shortages must be reported to us within three days of receipt of the delivery.

 

Credits – Once goods have been collected from your premises the will be returned to our warehouse. Once they have been booked in a credit will be raised against your credit card. Please be aware that this process may take up to 28 working days from collection of goods.

 

Cancellations – If an order has not been dispatched it may be possible to cancel the order, however should the order have already been processed it will not be possible to stop the goods being delivered. If this is the case simply arrange a collection in the usual way once the goods have been delivered.

 

 
BACKORDERS
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
 
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
 
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will be credited.
