Delivery Terms & Conditions
STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
Next day delivery anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Ireland provided orders are received by us before 16:30pm.
Please note: A few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- For orders of £50 Ex VAT vat and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
- For orders under £50 Ex VAT in value: Delivery will cost £6.95
- For orders to the Islands and Scottish Highlands, please add £20.00 to our scale of charges.
RETURNS
- 10 day limit to return Not Required product to your local Office. In the case of requests outside of this limit, agreement must be sought and a 25% handling charge will apply.
- In the case of Third Party Collections, all Not Required returns will attract a 25% handling charge.
- Goods returned with a credit value below £40.00, before handling charge, will attract an additional charge up to a total handling charge of £7.70.
- Where goods returned have a credit value greater than £40.00, a 25%handling charge only will apply.
- Additional charges where the 25% handling charge is below £7.70 will be consolidated and invoiced at month end.
- In the case of Third Party Collections , faulty / damaged product returned which is proven to be Not Required, will attract a £8.00 charge per item returned.
- In the case of Third Party Collections, where the consumer decides to keep the goods (referred to as an NTC - Nothing To Collect), a charge will be levied equal to the standard next day Third Party delivery charge.
- Food and beverages - non returnable
- Diaries and planners - not required return requests to be made by the 5th December of the year previous to the year to which such dated products relate.
In the case of computer consumable products, Not Required returns will only be accepted within 10 days if the outer seal has not been tampered with in any way. If the Buyer returns such product(s) as faulty, it will only be granted a credit note if the manufacturer of such product(s) accepts that the product has not been misused, overloaded, incorrectly installed or incorrectly stored. In certain circumstances, the buyer must complete a faulty product evaluation form.
- Business machines cannot be resold if the box has been opened, therefore you cannot return a business machine once it has been opened.
- Faulty or damaged Business machines need to be reported direct to the manufacturer to arrange repair/replacement.
- Damaged Items - Damaged items must be reported to us within two days of receipt of the delivery.
- Shortages & Incorrect Goods– Shortages or incorrectly delivered items must be reported to us within two days of receipt of the delivery.
- Credits – Once goods have been collected from your premises they will be returned to our supplier. Once they have been booked in, assessed and credited then a credit will be raised from ourselves against your credit card or account. Please be aware that this process may take up to 28 working days from collection of goods.
- Cancellations – If an order has not been dispatched it may be possible to cancel the order, however should the order have already been processed it will not be possible to stop the goods being delivered. If this is the case simply arrange a collection in the usual way once the goods have been delivered.
- Not Required - Any item not required or ordered in error must be returned unopened, in it original packaging and in a condition fit for resale. Should this prove not to be the case goods will be returned to the purchaser at a charge of £7.70 carriage.
BACKORDERS
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; it will be dispatched to you as soon as it comes into stock. Stock levels are displayed at the time of ordering, if any items state "Please call for details" then it may be out of stock and you should check with your local office before placing any urgent orders.
